Career and College Fair at Joan MacQueen Middle School
Project Cornerstone's Alyssa Burley was invited to give the keynote speech to the sixth grade at Joan MacQueen Middle School. Her speech covered careers in the local construction aggregates industry and emphasized the importance of doing well in math and science.

Project Cornerstone's Alyssa Burley gave the "Put the SanD Back in San Diego" presentation at the Kiwanis Club of Escondido meeting, held at the Del Charro Restaurant in Escondido.
The presentation was designed to inform community groups about the construction aggregate shortage in San Diego County.
